The Directors of CLS Offshore Limited consider that health, safety and environmental protection are of prime importance and this ‘duty of care' together with compliance with relevant legislation is a core company value.This Environmental Policy is implemented to ensure that compliance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Environment Act 1995 and all other relevant environmental legislation and regulation covering our spectrum of activities is realised.
CLS is committed to continual improvement in environmental performance and the prevention of pollution in those activities under its direct control, or those where a significant influence may be imparted.
This commitment will be realised by all CLS employees following the established management systems, based upon compliance with the criteria in the standard ISO 14001, operating procedures and relevant training and by following the guiding principles.

CLS is a provider of; offshore and onshore electrical and mechanical services, general steel
fabrication, engineering support to renewable energy projects, maintenance activity, project management and execution.
CLS also provides training courses in work at height, rope access and emergency evacuation.
The company recognises the impact of these activities upon land and marine environments.
